Lutz, GM's big boss has decided to sell Holdens in the US, the Monaro coupe as a Pontiac GTO & maybe the Ute (what Aussies call car based pickups, it'short for utility) as the El Camino In 1964, Pontiac introduced its first modern muscle car, the GTO.
